14 Month Warranty
Every repair is backed by our 14-month limited workmanship warranty. If a weld fails due to our workmanship under normal use, we’ll make it right. Any exclusions or special conditions will be clearly outlined and agreed upon in your quote before work begins.
If a repair cannot be safely or properly completed as presented, you won't be charged for the attempted repair — only the applicable service call fee. We'll explain the issue, walk you through your options, and let you decide how you'd like to proceed.
Cant be Welded? NO CHARGE
Your price is confirmed before we start. Based on the photos and details you provide, we’ll determine the appropriate repair package and put the price in writing before any work begins. If the scope changes once we’re on the job, we’ll stop, explain what changed, and get your approval before moving forward.
